Cultural Diversity

As a school counselor my job is to foster and create awareness of the cultural diversity through advocacy, networking, and resources to ensure a safe school environment. Through the school counseling program, I can work to teach tolerance and address issues of social injustice. As a school counselor it is my job to advocate for students and ensure that each has access to the tools they need for success.
